The simulator lets you adjust voltage, viscosity, needle-to-collector distance, needle count, flow rate, time, area, polymer concentration, and porosity. From these values, it displays estimates for layer thickness, fiber diameter, and production rate.
Results are mathematical-model estimates for exploration. They do not represent validated QSE-100 performance or replace experimental testing, material characterization, or process guidance.
